Surface Protection Products For Construction & Industrial Applications
Surface Protection products are used for temporary protection on numerous surfaces for a wide range of applications. They are used to shield against environmental contaminants such as dirt, dust, and moisture as well as more direct damage due to overspray of construction materials, scratches and foot traffic. These products are constructed with films (PVC and PE) for moisture resistance, flatback paper for flexibility and finished fiberstock for heavy duty requirements. Surface protection products typically carry low to moderate tack adhesives to ensure no residue upon removal. Some products are non-adhesive coated for added flexibility and worry-free use.

BlueGuard’s™ plasticized PVC film is specifically designed to provide residue free surface protection under the most demanding applications.

PE Surface Protection Film – Value Grade – 90 Day UV
A strong polyethylene film coated with a UV resistant adhesive.
Film has been modified with a UVI (Ultra Violet Inhibitor) additive to prevent sunlight or UV damage to the film.
This value grade film is engineered for outdoor protection of glass and other non-porous surfaces for periods of up to 90 days.

Polyethylene Bond Breaker Tape – 706B Series – Acrylic Adhesive
High tack acrylic adhesive, conformable film and high release backside combine to make a tape suitable for “Bond-Breaker” requirement for newly poured concrete when making expansion joints.
Tape is placed in void cut into newly cured concrete. Material used to fill void does not stick to tape backside allowing for tension release and eliminating cracks.
