A Nationwide Leader In Rubber Splicing Tape Distribution

When splicing electric lines, it’s important to understand that certain types of rubber tape can only be safely used on wires up to a certain current. That is why we offer electrical splicing tape for both low and high voltage lines. They are specifically manufactured for insulation and keeping out moisture by quickly adhering to surfaces in a self-fusing solid mass of protection without being corrosive to copper or aluminum conductors.

Our rubber electrical tapes withstand splitting and cracking when used under normal operating temperatures, which vary by type. However, if working with extreme high and low temperatures, we recommend our silicone rubber wrap.

Common Uses for Low and High Voltage Rubber Splicing Tapes

Power cable repair, electrical service drops, bolted connections, pipe repair, automotive, marine, construction, cellular towers, and more.

Rubber Splicing Tape – 40 Series – 30 mil

Self amalgamating rubber tape insulates and seals out moisture from electrical connections up to 600 V.

Also widely used in the agricultural industry for grafting crops.

Its high resistance to salt water, steam, oils, detergents, and other chemicals make it an ideal tape for service drops, bolted, and ground rod connections.
