Terms of Condition of Sale
Minimum Order
$ 50.00 minimum acceptable order. All products
are sold in full case quantities only unless otherwise stated.
Carton Quantity
Full case of all products listed are COMBINABLE
for best quantity prices. Electro Tape Specialties, Inc. reserves the
right to adjust all orders to the nearest full case.
Freight Terms
Orders of $1250.00 or more for shipment at
one time to a single destination, are prepaid and allowed within the continental
U.S.A. via lowest cost routing. Orders of less than $1250.00 are F.O.B.
shipping point.
Payment Terms
Net 30 days with approved credit. VISA and
Mastercard are accepted.
Prices
Subject to change without notice. All orders
subject to prices prevailing at time of shipment.
Returns
No returns are accepted without prior written
approval. Unauthorized returns are not permitted and subject to a 20%
restocking charge. Returns made and not the result of an error on the
part of Electro Tape Specialties, Inc. must be shipped prepaid and are
subject to a 20% restocking charge. Returns must be shipped in accordance
with shipping instructions issued by Electro Tape Specialties. Any deviation
from these instructions resulting in extra shipping charges will be charged
back to the customer.
Special Order Items
Non-standard and special cut orders may require
minimum quantities. All non-standard and special cut orders are non-cancelable
and non-returnable. Electro Tape Specialties, Inc. reserves the right
to overship or undership 10% on all special orders. Contact our sales
office for price and delivery on special order tapes not shown in this
list.
Warranty
Electro Tape Specialties, Inc., warrants
its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under
normal use and service. If the goods should fail to conform to this contract
or to any warranty outlined herein, buyers remedy shall be limited to
replacement of the non-conforming goods or parts thereof. Any defective
goods or parts which have been replaced shall become Electro Tape Specialties,
Inc. property. This warranty shall be in lieu of all other warranties
and Electro Tape Specialties, Inc. specially denies liability for any
warranty of merchantability or fitness or otherwise, express or implied,
except as herein provided. In addition, Electro Tape Specialties, Inc.
shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature, whether
direct, indirect, incidental or consequential in connection with or resulting
from the use of the goods. All information, recommendations and descriptive
information issued on said products is based upon research and believed
to be reliable but does not constitute a warranty. The tape is sold upon
the understanding that the purchaser will independently determine the
suitability of the tape.
No agent or representative is authorized
to give any guarantee or make any statement contrary to or inconsistent
with this warranty.
