Premium tapes exhibit enhanced elasticity which provides for stronger, tighter hold when wrapped and greater durability. Special formulation to backings and adhesives ensures tape performance well within broad range of temperature conditions – flexible in freezing cold and holds tight under heat of engines. These offer superior protection when used as a jacketing for low and high voltage cable splices and repairs. Premium tapes are low lead, flame retardant and meet UL510 requirements and CSA 22.2 approval.
850 – 8.5 mil Premium Grade Vinyl
- High Quality 8.5 mil black electrical tape.
- Resists: UV rays, acids, alkalis, abrasion, moisture, and corrosion.
- Suitable for cold and hot environments.
- Broad Temperature range: -18°C to 105°C
- Meets ASTM D-3005 and MIL-I-24391C specifications.
- Wound on 1.5" ID core.

750 – 7 mil Premium Grade Vinyl
- Cold and heat resistant – suitable for all climates. Resists: UV rays, acids, alkalis, abrasion, moisture, and corrosion.
- Tape maintains tensile strength, adhesion and integrity over Broad Temperature range: -18°C to 105°C
- Best all-around vinyl for primary electrical insulation for wire and cable splices rated up to 600 volts.
- Meets ASTM D-3005 and HHI-595 specifications.
- Wound on 1.5" ID core. 1" ID core available by special order on 3/4" x 66 ft only.
