General Purpose Vinyl - 7 MIL (ETS-#65)
Description
Electro #65 is a conformable 7- Mil thick vinyl plastic tape designed to perform in temperature environments up to 80oC (176oF). Electro #65 has excellent resistance to: acids, alkalies, abrasion, moisture, corrosion and varying weather conditions (i.e.: sunlight).
Electro #65, with its memory (elasticity) 7- Mil thickness and adhesion characteristics, provides moisture-tight electrical and mechanical protection.
Features
- All purpose electrical tape.
- Weather resistant.
- Provides moisture-tight electrical and mechanical protection.
- Resists: UV rays, acids, alkalis, abrasion, moisture, and corrosion.
- Meets UL510 requirements.
Applications
- Primary electrical insulation for all wire and cable splices up to 600 volts and 80o C (176o F).
- For wire and cable harnessing.
- Excellent abrasion resistance for high voltage cable splices and termination (forms a protective jacket).
