Super PE Foam Mounting Tapes
Description
Our SPEF series is black PE foam at a higher density than normal industrial PE foam. It is coated on both sides with an automotive-grade high-shear solvent-based acrylic adhesive and has a 4 mil polyester liner. This series offers good resistance to solvents, chemicals, UV and heat and often substitutes well for high-density polyurethane foam mounting tapes or even for acrylic mounting tapes in some applications. Packed 12” of width total per case when cut to normal widths.
Product Usage
Consider this series for indoor and outdoor mounting or attachment of metal or plastic trim or transportation aftermarket products. The green liners are normally associated with general industrial applications and the red liner with transportation applications.
