Extra High Bond Translucent Acrylic Mounting Tapes
Description
Our EHBT series is a domestic pressure sensitive, structural grade, solid acrylic tape system designed to provide a superior bond between a wide variety of substrates. The tape possesses a uniform high-tack acrylic adhesive on both surfaces with an integral core of solid acrylic polymer. The tape will bond to most clean, dry, oil-free surfaces and is formulated to withstand a wide range of weathering and temperature conditions without losing adhesion. This series has been approved to Ford, Chrysler, and GM specifications. All with 7 mil polyethlene liners.
Product Usage
EHBT can be used in a variety of applications including auto trim attachment, signs, graphics, skin to frame assembly, furniture, appliances, and many other manufacturing and construction applications to replace mechanical fasteners and welds. EHBT offers numerous advantages including a waterproof bond, ease of application, the ability to withstand thermal movement, and sound deadening properties. Widths available from 1/4 in. to 18 in. .
