EHB ACRYLIC TRANSFER & FOAM

Extra High Bond Foam Tapes (EHB) provide the ultimate in permanent bonding performance. These tapes are so strong that if properly applied, they can replace liquid adhesives, rivets, spot welds and mechanical fasteners. Tapes are cleaner, less likely to contaminate area beyond bond site and provide efficiency of time and labor. EHB tapes are constructed using a layer of acrylic material (clear film, white or gray foam) coated with a premium, high shear acrylic adhesive. Various thicknesses (thin 10 mil thru thick 120 mil) are provided to allow for use in a broad range of applications.

All our EHB tapes exhibit uniform high-tack adhesion and will bond to most clean, dry, oil-free substrates. These tapes are formulated to withstand a wide range of weathering and temperature conditions without losing adhesion. Tapes are wound on a red poly liner for continuous removal.

• Conformable tape provides for anti-vibration properties and allows for expansion and contraction at bond point.

• Excellent weathering & aging properties, solvent & chemical resistance.
• Some low energy substrates may require use of a primer for optimum bond strength.

652 – Clear Because of its transparent appearance, 652 is often used in adhesive applications involving glass or other clear materials or where tape needs to blend in with the substrate such as shower door enclosure and parts attachment and polycarbonate displays. Available thicknesses: 10 mil, 20 mil, 40 mil, and 60 mil. Offered in less than case quantity – 4 rolls minimum. Custom Widths Available

657W – White White blends in well with light colored substrates. Available thicknesses: 15 mil, 25 mil, 30 mil, 45 mil, 60 mil, 80 mil, and 120 mil. Offered in less than case quantity – 4 rolls minimum. Custom Widths Available
